Does anyone have a direct number or email for Reid Rogers at Kecci?

I'm having zipper issues again and the CS rep is being a bear about it. I'd like to contact Reid directly, but can't find any info on their site nor is his direct extension on their automated system.

So am I! My 2nd beloved cream one just broke. I rec'd it after DS potty-learned, so although it's 1+ year old, it's been used 2 months. Should I contact him?

It doesn't hurt to try. I am getting a new bag but have been told it is my last one and they will not replace another bag for me again. They are not making me send the broken one back this time. That was my big beef. I refused to spend my money sending back a defective bag AGAIN.

I never did hear back from Reid but was able to get through to someone else at Kecci through a diaper making supplies yahoo group. A woman on that group runs a Kecci coop and hooked me up with her contact. I'd rather not post that info here and have that person be inundated with requests, so email me privately if you don't have any luck with CS.

Thanks. My original mail-back was in the very first wave so he just had me send a photo of the broken zipper. After that they were requiring the mail backs.
