Diaper bag with stroller hooks?

I'm looking for something like a Skip Hop but without the velcro. I've seen moms with bags hanging from their strollers from a distance but haven't had a chance to ask them what they're using. Are there other brands that attach directly to the stroller, or are there clips you can use that keep everything neatly in place?

I used carabiners for my son's diaper bag but it kept slipping all over the place and was a pain to use. My new daughter is due in 5 days and I need a better solution.

Lexie Barnes, Ju-Ju-Be, I know there are others...

Kiwi-kids.com has some stroller hooks that velcro onto the stroller handle so you can hook any bag that has a d-ring or something like it onto your stroller.

The lexie barnes darling is nice, I really like my JJB packabe (backpack).

I don't think the Silverline Fling has velcro, does it? Also, the Fleurville Sling tote (ooh, which I happen to have for sale NWTs LOL) has "O" rings for attaching to the stroller. That's kind of cool.
