Best Backpack Diaper Bag for two children?

I've been using the Skip Hop Dash, but would like to invest in a backpack diaper bag as I'll be having number two in a few months and will need extra space and hands available!

I know Ju-Ju-Be is coming out with the "BeRightBack" which looks good from the pictures, but the cost I imagine will be quite high. Anyone in love with the Land's End backpack? What other options should I consider?

I've been searching for the perfect diaper backpack and I think I might have found it. I've been using the LeSportsac Tokidoki Scuola backpack in Fumo and love it!! It is a bit pricey but I bought mine on Ebay for less than retail.

It is very lightweight, has two mesh pockets on either side (great for bottles/sippy cups or my camera or sunglasses). Easily accessible even while I'm wearing the backpack. Fits comfortably. The surface is wipeable. I have two DC's and I am able to fit everything in there (and I usually overpack).
