my dtc for china adoption is march 31, 2003. Has anyone heard if the ccaa has completed feb. and march for this month, or just feb.

Susan, I *promise* I will post pictures!!!
2 smaller agencies have told their clients that their referrals are in the mail, while my agency says they're not done yet.
We'll see...

You are using CCAI right? I would totally believe them....they were honest with us and let us know as soon as they heard anything (I'm sure my stalking helped lol)......not long now!!!!
