I was listening to "The Diane Rehm Show" on NPR yesterday, and she was interviewing the author of a book. The book was a novel about open adoption. Even though its a fiction book, the author based the book on her own experiences in going through the open adoption process.

Here's a link to the NPR station's website and you can listen to the interview on-line:

The story is about 1/3 of the way down the page. The book is called "Girls in Trouble" by Caroline Leavitt.

The book sounded very interesting and I just wanted to share.
