Our company is re-org'ing and my new manager, as of 11/01, is the same manager whose daughter's referral photo I saw in my *current* manager's office, leading to the moment when I realized we were going to adopt from China. We ended up using the same social worker and agency.
My new manager received her referral yesterday for her second daughter - Zayda Elisabeth is 6 weeks older than my Mia and is from Hubei province. YAYAYAYAY!
