Lanolin cream on babies? Eye cream for babies?

Has anyone tried the Lanolin Cream on baby's face and lip? I don't have Aquaphor handy and my DD's face is so dry and has rashes all over (don't know if that is due to dryness).

Also, does anyone know what to put around baby's eyes if the skin there is very dry too?

I use Mustela face lotion for my little one...it works great on her dry skin..good Luck!!
