    Default sleeping with a pillow

At what point do you give your child a pillow to sleep on? My DD is almost 1 and sleeps with a lovey and a blanket right now. When do you introduce a pillow???

DS2 just started sleeping with a pillow this month and he is turning 21 months tomorrow. It's a small and pretty flat toddler pillow (was DS1's preschool pillow). He really likes it and actually stays on it.

We got DD a pillow when she moved into her big girl bed...26 months. It's not that we didn't want to introduce a pillow...it was just that she slept well in her bed without it.
