Default stopping baby from rolling over?

My almost 5 month old can roll from her back to front, but then gets stuck. The problem is that when she naps, she rolls over onto her front, wakes up and yells because she can't get back. Do those wedge things work for babies her age, or only newborns? Any other ideas to keep her from rolling until she can get back by herself?

My son did this as well. Most babies do it the opposite way, so I'm told. We had to wait it out. It took a couple of weeks. When he was awake I played "rolypoly" will him on the bed where I rolled him over and over so he got used to going all the way around. One good thing about it, it will strengthen her arms because she'll push herself up to try and move out of it.

I used one of those baby bumpers and it worked great until he could just jump out of them and by that time he was able to roll back so there was no problem.
