    Default Headphones for toddlers?

Does anyone know if it is okay to put headphones on a toddler? Or if there is a particular style that works better for them?

We are getting ready to take another 2 - 15 hour flights with our DD (she will be 29 & 30 months at the time). In the past she's watched her DVD's with the sound off. I know she likes 'talking' to the characters now and would probably demand that we 'fix' the sound so... how do we let her listen without subjecting our neighbors to Lion King?

We do it all the time. We always test the volume first to make sure it is not too loud. I don't use ear buds, but any regular headphones. DS is a real music buff, lol. And sometimes the baby is sleeping and we don't want to bother him. Not sure how to fix your Lion King problem, lol. Probably, your neighbors on the plane would be happier listening to her babble about Lion King than cry and fuss, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
