DS terrified me Weds. a.m.

Just had to share - I woke up Weds. at 5:30 a.m. - terrified. I'm lying in bed, convinced that something is horribly wrong with DS and not daring to go check on him. I finally convince myself to sneak to his room and listen - I can't bear to open the door. To my amazement, I hear him snoring - open the door, he's fine. What inspired my panic? He slept throught the night! So far, we have not had a repeat performance, but I'm finally looking forward to when this is the norm and not a cause for blind panic!

LOL - I laugh because this has happened to me more than once! DD has always been a pretty bad sleeper, and even now at 28mths. she gets up once a night. So, the few times that she has made it through...I have been scared too!

I know exactly what you mean! DS has slept through the night 21 times in his life. It's easy to keep count when the number is still so low!!

And isn't it ridiculous that when they do sleep, we can't because we're worried? Argh.
