Any cute gifts for a new big brother out there?

I'm looking for something cute for my 2-year old nephew who is a new big bro. I keep coming up with the same two t-shirt designs I don't care for and one "big brother kit" that comes with a shirt (which is better) and some other things for about $35, which is a bit much for what it is.

Has anyone actually received or bought anything cute that you really liked for a new big brother?

I will be getting him a couple of small toys and a coloring book that I will sort of parse out over the next couple of weeks, so I'm looking for something else...a hat, maybe?

Allison-when Jack came to see us in the hospital for the first time-Anna gave him a baseball mitt. He has barely put it down since. Sleeps with it some nights. They cost about $12-15 dollars at a sporting goods store. They are the size for a 5 year old but Jack manages his beautifully.
