It's a free site and works for people in the following areas: Atlanta, Southern California, Denver, Texas, Long Island, Chicago, Michigan, and Ohio. A woman from Atlanta created the site with the help of students from GA Tech. It was on the local news tonight, so I haven't been able to check out the site (due to an overwhelming load of other surfers, I presume).
