Washing instructions for cashmerino?

Oops! I just finished a Debbie Bliss sweater, but forgot to save a label from the Cashmerino yarn. How do you wash it?

Well, I have some baby cashmerino, which I assume has the same content as the regular cashmerino 55% merino, 33% microfibre, 12% cashmere.

If I'm interpreting those international washing symbols correctly it says,

wash on gentle cycle at 30 C
no bleach
cool iron
no dryer

and then a circle with a P in it which according to internet means "Dry clean in perchloroethylene, white spirit, Solvent 113 or Solvent 11"

btw, despite the instructions, i've had no problems putting cashmerino in the dryer on low.
