Another scrapbook question!

Hi girls! Another question for you.
I had bought the Canson Post-Hinged archival album. It came with 10 sheets and it said it fits 40 sheets. So i bought a pack of 10 more sheets.
Anyway, I just finished those 20 sheets (40 pages) and was barely able to screw all those pages in the album. What gives???

And where can i get an album that will take these exact same sheets but will truly fit 40 sheets???

When you buy new pages, the package usually comes with extenders to screw into the existing ones to make it thicker. Did yours come with those? If you used those and still had a problem, then I'm stumped.

Oh! Is that what those thingies were for!! Thanks Andrea! I just thought they were replacements for the original ones or something!! Wooohooo! I just extended the album.. now I can add 20 more pages!!
