Default Christmas project for a 1 year old- Ideas needed

I need to make something flat on a 8.5x11 piece of paper for a Grandpa's Work's annual wrapping paper. Any ideas?

I was thinking of making a tree with handprints, then allow him to put colors (ornaments) on it. I could also do a reindeer handprint. I have seen angels, but forget how they were done.

We are in temp housing and all of my art supplies are packed. I was thinking with a package of finger paints and a piece of white paper I could have something.

Or something with footprints - we did hand/footprints for Colin's 1st b-day thank you notes and he was very uncooperative. So I'd suggest that you keep it simple. I think that baby/toddler footprints are just adorable, personally!!

Thanks! Maybe I will make 2 green feet and make them like a tree.

    Simple is best!
