Default Diaper Bag for cloth diapers

Do you think it's possible for me to make my own diaper bag for cloth diapers? I dont mean the type you carry on your shoulder, I mean the ones that hold dirty cloth diapers that you can hang on the doorknob then throw in the wash along w/the diapers.
Would I use PUL and if so, does anyone have a good supplier of PUL they'd recommend?
Any ideas how to make this? It seems pretty simple.
    Thanks for any input.

You absolutely can make that yourself! The easiest thing would probably to get your hands on one that you think is servicable. Trace it or just take down the measurements. Modify if you think you can improve the design. Then you are all set! Does a friend have one that you like and can study for a few minutes?

I'm embarassed to admit I don't know "PUL" -- what are you referring to? Maybe I can help track it if I just realize what it is?

I dont know anyone/anywhere that has one of these that I can look at. I've seen them online and they look pretty simple: http://www.moeconsultant.com/cgi-bin...ae1e48bac78be9

The PUL is a waterproof type fabric:

    Any ideas?

OK, I am now smacking myself on the forehead for not recognizing PUL! I had a feeling I would be doing that....

So, yeah, you want some kind of waterproofing, for the obvious reasons! You have a couple of options. There is pre-vinylized material, including oil cloth and table-cloth vinyl, that you can find at lots of fabric stores (in my area, Hancock's has the best selection). That will probably have a thicker, better-bonded polyvinyl layer that the other option. Looks like they have a fair selection at the site you sent me to.

If, however, you want a particular fabric or color that you can't find in the ready-to go stuff, yes, you can buy just the polyvinyl clear film that you can iron onto your fabric and make anything water-proof. Look for it at fabric stores, including local quilt shops. I also just found it here (hope this link will paste) for $10.49 for 17" X 2 yds:

Also check their oilcloth -- cute floral brights.

The product you were looking at looks very simple and very DIY-able!
