Made "Ghosts" with DD's footprint
If anyone is looking for an easy Halloween project with little ones I thought this one was very easy and cute, especially because I am not crafty. (I am sure I saw it somewhere but not sure where.)
You need, white foam sheets, eyes, and magnetic strips. I traced DD's footprint onto the foam sheet, added the eyes in the heel part area, and put the magnet on the book along wth date. It was fun and easy.
Does anyone else have any easy Halloween projects?

RE: Made "Ghosts" with DD's footprint
Also a ghost with DC's footprint:
You need black construction paper, white paint, and black paint. Stamp DCs foot in white paint onto black paper. Use black paint to draw a face on the imprint. Use white paint to write a message like "boo!"

RE: Made "Ghosts" with DD's footprint
Draw a "scary house" on black construction paper. Mark windows and doors. Cut out, and cut windows/doors so they have a flap or flaps to open.
Glue house (be careful not to glue flaps) onto a piece of blue, purple or orange construction paper (or any color you like for Halloween).
DC can put Halloween stickers behind the doors and windows to make a popup/lift the flap house.
Worked great with 2-3 year olds this year.

RE: Hand Bats
Hi Again, Cristy,
I just checked out that site and love it! I even added it to my favorites. I think we are going to have a "Batty Day." Thanks for sharing.

Ghosts for trees outside, or just to hang inside:
My mom did this with us when we were little. Cut either scrap white fabric, or a white garbage bag into big rectangles. Wrap around a styrofoam ball (or you can use wadded up paper). Tie with a piece of string, ribbon, whatever you have. Draw a face. Voila.

Our Annual Cards
We have been making footprint cards for 3 years now.
Black construction paper folded in quarters, or cut in half and folded
Paint the childs foot white
Put a footprint on the paper
Add 'googly' eyes
Write a message in the inside with a white paint pen
On the back add a white finger print
Use 'invitation' envelopes, Walmart/OfficeMax/Office Depot
2 years I did it for just Jude, and last year I put the 2 boys foot prints together on a card.
