Thanks Elliesmom... I followed your pattern and here's the tutu. I made it for my neighbor for her daughters b-day. It turned out so cute. It's so puffy! She loves it.
The bright ribbons added a nice touch too. I recommend sticking w/Satin ribbons they work best because they are thicker and heavier allowing the knots not to come apart.
