    Default AWESOME toddler craft book

I recently borrowed MAKING MAKE-BELIEVE from my library. I will most definitely be purchasing this book. What I love about the book is that you play with the craft after you finish. My DS is not interested in the process of craft which makes it difficult to encourage him to practice things like cutting, coloring, stringing etc. This book gives great ideas to create something to play with so the goal is different then a traditinal art project. Yesterday we made a shoebox raceway which was a big hit. Another hit was making a simple finger puppet stage with a paper plate.

The back of the book says: "Unlock the imaginations of young children! Making Make-Believe offers storybook play, games, cooking, mini-plays, dress-up costumes and masks, imagination spaces, puppet ideas, and more to enrich children's imaginative play. With over 125 activities and projects, Making Make-Believe is packed with ideas for hours of creative fun."

If you can get this book through your library it is worth checking out.

Thanks for the title. I put it on my library list for tomorrow.
