Default Enough liquids at 9.5 months

I'm worried that my 9.5 month daughter is not getting enough liquids. She has rejected my breast, except in the morning when she wakes up. I try to feed her formula but she only takes an ounce or 2 twice a day. I giver her water in a sippy cup which she takes but only a gulp or 2 here and there. Any suggestions as to how I can get her to drink more. I know the more she drinks the healthier she will be! I'm not so concerned about formula since she eats very well. I am more concerned about liquid in general.

At 9.5 months, 90% of her calories should come from breastmilk or formula. I'd cut back on her solids and encourage her to take an extra bottle a day - it sounds like she is filling up on solids, when at this age, she should be filling up on formula or breastmilk.

ITA. The solids won't be balanced enough to be meeting her nutritional needs. I'd cut way back on the solids, and only offer up BM or formula to drink.
