Default Need advice on introducing bottle

DD is 5 weeks old today so we want to start her on a bottle of breast milk. I will most likely have to go back to work at 10 weeks which doesn't seemthat far away. Dh has tried a couple of times unsuccessfully. DD just gets really mad. Oh and DD won't take a pacifier even though we've tried several types since she wants to just suck for a couple hours some days.

How did you ladies get you little ones to take a bottle?

    TIA

DD got hers from DH at 3am every morning! I got to sleep a little and she was too hungry to fuss for too long.

My dh always had better luck walking around with the bottle rather than sitting down - a nice bounce in the step helps too :) If possible, I would suggest you go next-door to a neighbors while Dh tries again. Sometimes Daddys need to figure it out on their own without us jumping in and I think babies are smart enough to smell and sense when the "milk wagon" is still nearby LOL.
