pumping moms - question

Maybe it's my imagination, but it seems like Jack eats less when we are just nursing on the weekends than when he goes to daycare. I often find myself really full on the weekends and I sometimes think my supply goes down by Monday instead of up. Anyone else have this experience? Jack's also getting much more active, so maybe he just prefers to spend more time playing with mama than eating with mama.

Yes. my pumping output starts out slow on Monday and I get more and more as the week goes on.

I think it's because we sleep later on the days off so she is not eating as much during work hours.

Yep, I get less on Mondays then Fridays. I pump 3x a day on weekdays and only 1x a day on weekends, but dd nurses all weekend long.

One more vote of agreement-- I have NO problem getting 10oz. in the AM on Friday (day off) & Saturday mornings, but it's down to ~8 on Sunday and ~7 on Monday before work. We definitely sleep in later on Friday and Saturday, but up earlier Sunday for church.
