Default Are there AAP guidelines for the introduction of foods?

I have the book Mommy Made! and I was wondering if there was any more up to date info about food intoductions out there, maybe by the AAP? The book says it's ok to give baby peanuts after 1 yr and I know this has changed - my Dr said wait until age 3 because of all the peanut allergies they are seeing. Does anyone know of a better listing than what's in the book I have? I don't know when the book was published - I just returned it to the library - but I'd like a newer source. TIA

I liked the list on www.kellymom.com (as recommended here of course!)-- it seemed very well-researched from a variety of legit sources (AAP and WHO for example). Here's a page on first food with links to other pages on allergenic foods and other articles: http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/so...rst-foods.html

AAP has a book specifically on this topic called "American Academy of Pediatrics Guide to Your Child's Nutrition : Making Peace at the Table and Building Healthy Eating Habits for Life".

www.wholesomebabyfood.com has a pretty accurate list.

for some reason, all the baby cookbooks seem to totally ignore the allergy recs, even the ones that were available at the time of publication.
