Gerber bags with Avent bottles?

Hi,
Does anyone know whether you can use the Gerber freezer bags with Avent's disposable bottle? I have been storing milk in these bags and am hoping to save myself some dishwashing by using the disposable bottle instead of thawing and pouring into the regular Avent bottles.

They should work. I don't know though. I used the playtex nurser bottle and it worked fine. The gerber bags can be annoying to put in but they do work. You might want to try it with one. If it doesn't work I rec the playtex nurser. The nipple is very similar to the avent and comes in two kinds, silicone and latex. You can see which one your little one prefers. My son wouldn't go for either, he liked the playtex orthodontic best, didn't like the avent either.
