    No cosleeping here! We part time coslept in the beginning, but Ryan moves around more than I do and that didn't work out in a queen size bed. Getting up in the middle of the night stunk because I always had such a hard time going back to sleep so it was wearing on me after close to a year! That's why I said I modified his plan since it is primarily for cosleepers.

    The extra rest is starting to feel very nice. :)

    Wow, then you really needed the sleep if you were actually getting up every night! I bet with a little extra sleep, the world is just a bit more friendly!
