Default ISO easy-to-clean appliance to make baby food

I've been using my Cuisinart blender to puree my dd's solids and then moved to an old hand blender so I could just rinse it and be done with it, but the thing is now on the fritz so I need something new. The blender's just too big and cumbersome, and I don't make huge batches of food for dd, maybe just an ice cube tray full.

Does anyone have any recommendations for low maintenance kitchen appliances that work well for baby food? Can you share brands and prices?

    Thanks in advance!

I use the Braun Multiquick Handheld mixer. It's great for pureeing and works great for small batches. As for clean-up, I just unscrew the mixer part and soap it a bit and wave under the faucet.. and *tah-dah* it's clean!

I saw it at Costco for $20 or $30.

I used the Kitchen Aid Mini Food Processor.

FWIW, you're probably pretty close to introducing "diced-up" versions of everything you've been making :)
