    Default Bedtime bottle

DS is now 12 ½ months old and for the past couple of weeks he hasn’t received any bottles except for a bedtime bottle. He loves drinking from cups and eliminating the bottles isn’t a problem for him – and our routine is to give him the bedtime bottle downstairs then go up to brush teeth and read so it’s not a comfort to sleep issue either. I just don’t know what to do next – should I start giving him a drink from a cup before bed or should he be fine without anything before bed? Currently I was giving water with dinner and then 5 oz of milk before bed. I was thinking of now giving the milk at dinner. He generally eats dinner at 6 or 6:30 and is in bed around 7:45-8. Any suggestions?

I'd give the milk with dinner and if he needs a drink at bedtime, give him a sippy of water.
