You can also try sprinkling wheat germ on slippery foods-but it can get very messy! We only do it on a bath night ;) DS seems to really love the texture and combo of the fruit and wheat.

Others ideas:
--any frozen veggie steamed (peas, string beans and carrots are our favorites) I also cut up zuchini (sp?) and yellow squash and steam that-its a quick way to get fresh veggies
--baked apples (slice apple, put a little ground cinnamen(sp) on it and bake in toaster oven at 350 until soft enough to eat) This is a BIG fave
--any type of cheese
--Beets! We tried them the other day and he really likes them. I just baked them in the oven like a sweet potato and then cut them into chunks
--Fruity Booty
--Muffins-we make banana bread into muffins and that is a big hit. I got the recipe from www.wholesomebabyfood.com
