Default del monte vs beech nut

Does anyone know if there is any difference between these two brands? Baby Bargains rated Del monte very high in nutritive value, but I didn't see anything about Beech Nut. Any ideas out there?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Del Monte rice cereal has partially hydrogenated oil, so I would skip that particular product.

You can find a lot of nutrition info online at most companies websites. Beech Nut is usually considred pretty good b/c they don't use as many fillers and additives as other brands. Also, they add Vitamin C to their cereal which aids iron absorption.

In general, mixed dinners are the worst as far as additives and fillers go. Single ingredient fruits and veggies are much better across the board. Earth's Best is another good option.
