It looks like you are copying the URL of your post. What you need to be copying to your profile is the URL of the image itself.

Right-click on the copy of the image in your post and look at properties to see what the URL should be. It ends in "jpg".

ETA: I tried that, but it still isn't working. I just get a box with a red X in it?

This is what you should be copying into your profile:

http:// www.windsorpeak.com /dc/user_files/17900.jpg

but take out the spaces, I had to put them in so it would not display as a picture here.
