How do posts get deleted?

I've noticed that some posts say deleted..how does that happen. I just ended up posting 2xs because originally I received a message that the website was not responding. Is deleting something I can do?

I think when posts say deleted, that means they edited it, and put "deleted". When you view your posting, at the bottom it will have "Edit", so you can edit your posting at a later date.
