    Default Dutch Oven Recipes

So I finally got a cast-iron Dutch Oven and I'm really looking forward to trying it out after I season it. First thing I'm going to try is a Chuck Roast with root veggies. But I'm already thinking way ahead to other types of recipes and found this site that I thought others might find useful. The neat thing is that he does (at the top) list the oven temperature that he uses for these same recipes (which are often done on a campfire type thing. Basically it's 350 for everything except a few things like breads and the beef brisket. Anyway, enjoy and feel free to add your favorite Dutch Oven Recipes:

GREAT website!! I've already bookmarked it!!

I've used this page from About.com, just substituting a 350 degree oven for a campfire:
