There is a restaurant in Colonial Williamsburg (Virginia) called the Trellis. I love this restaurant - they make inredible desserts! Anyway, they have a lunch entree called cheesecake, but it's really like quiche - the best quiche I have ever had. They have cookbooks by the guy who owns it (Marcel Desaulniers) but none have the recipe for this entree. Does anyone know where I can find it? Ha ha or even know what I am talking about! ;)
