Sorry,not a 'recipe' need, but I need to know about your equipment. Do you have one you like?
I love my All-Clad LTD one. It says not to use with a glass top stove, so I need to get something else for my MIL. Any ideas?

I got a Calphalon one as a wedding gift that we use all the time. Never checked to see if it could be used on a glass top but I have used it on one many times without problems.

Any idea why not to use with glass top stove? I have that pan- and a glass top stove! When I bought it originally, I had gas so I wouldn't have noticed that on the instructions.
