I've read that many people like sheet pans from restaurant supply stores, but I don't have one my my area. Does anyone have experience with an online restaurant supply store? What guage should I look for?
I was also wondering if anyone has used the Williams-Sonoma Professional sheet pans with aluminum-coated steel. What would be the advantages (if any) over an aluminum pan from the restaurant supply store?
