Yummy apple snack

I found this in Parenting magazine from April 2006.

It was in their "April Fools" section and the apples were supposed to look like crinkle cut french fries.

You cut the apple into pieces that look like fries (I do use my crinkly cutter that we have for garnishes), sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar then bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Serve with honey.

They are so good and they make the house smell like apple pie. :)

Thanks! I'm going to try them today, except I dont have a crinkly cutter so I'll just cut them in strips like french fries.
