Default Big kid, which stand alone potty is biggest?

My son is not quite 3 but on the extra large end of the spectrum in both height and weight. 42/43 inches and about 43 lbs. The baby bjorn potty seat (the one with the tray that comes out) is WAY too small for him are there other' that other people have used with big kids? (He is a bit freaked by the toilet right now so an insert isn't an option, I'm looking for a stand alone potty.)
    Thanks

I haven't BTDT, but I've heard good things about the Boon Potty Bench.
Good luck finding something that works,

DS is 40 lb, 40 inches at 2 1/2 and he uses the bjorn- you just have to make sure he's seated all the way to the back or he'll pee right over the side! LOL!

But seeing these other options, I may try to give him a bigger seat in the future!
