I just have to tell everyone what a wonderful experience I had with ChitChatBaby. I ordered a stroller from them (through Amazon) and it was supposed to ship yesterday or today. I didn't receive a ship notice, so I called to check on it. On the second ring, I got a live person saying how can I help you? I can't remember the last time I called any business, even local ones, and got a live person instead of an automated menu.

The CSR I got was fabulous - they did discontinue the stroller I ordered (although I do wonder when someone would have notified me of that?!?!?) but she was able to change the order to a different color fabric that was in stock. I asked when it would be shipped since she was just putting the order in, and she said she would call Inglesina immediately and see if they could ship it today.

In a half hour, I had a conformation email that it would be shipped today.

I'm just so impressed with this company, or at least the CSR who helped me, I had to share!
