I had a counting book from the library once that used hand prints. I can't remember the name though.

I have seen (in this book or other places) turkey, angel, butterfly, flower, reindeer, peacock.

I have also seen wreaths made of handprints cut out of construction paper and santas with handprint beards.

this isn't a handprint, but it's a thumb print/fingerprint book by ed emberley.

your toddler would need help finishing, but DD seems to enjoy it. however, usually our craft time often ends up w/ her saying, "mommy do it". *shrug*
