I emailed them about a wheel problem and they asked for my address and sent me a new set of wheels. I never talked to anyone other than by email.

I wanted to update my previous comment. As the pp suggested I tried e-mailing and actually received a call two days later from Inglesina. The fellow was very apologetic that I'd had trouble and they sent new handles to me, which arrived about a week later. I haven't had a chance to try to replace them yet - he warned me that it might require some elbow grease - but I'm thrilled that they actually came through. IMO it shouldn't have happened in the first place, but at least they're standing behind their product.

I need to call them for a missing part on mine too. I got mine at bestbuybaby and the guy gave me the 1800 # listed on pg 1 as well as this # 973-244-1194. I think i will see if i can email first then try calling if nothing happens.
