what size breastshield with medela pump?

i have started using the medela PISA.

While pumping the shields are so uncomfortable... and i think i am not pumping enough milk... could it be that i am not using the right size of shield?

i am just using the normal ones at the moment that come with the pump... 24mm... should i go for a larger size?

what shield size would be right for me... i wear a 36D bra size.

Could be. I got the larger horns, and it definitely made pumping more comfortable for me. IIRC, the rule is your nipple should not touch any part of the horn, even when it's pulled in there, if that makes sense.
