    Default carseat accessories?

I'm getting our online orders together for our trip to the US next month (got to love that strong Can. $) and coincidentally saw this at Target: http://www.target.com/Protect-Bub-UP...a%20bub&page=1 It seems to be a sunshade for a convertible carseat. Is this a bad idea in terms of after-market, and flying projectiles? Or is it safe to use? It'd be nice to be able to block some of the sun, especially so DS could sleep on longer trips. But not if it's unsafe.

I'd like to see how heavy it is before deciding. I'm pretty sure it's light like their stroller shades that seem to weigh about half an ounce, but it's hard to tell from the picture. I don't think it will interfere with the harness or installation at all. But also, I bet a kiddo could pull it right off if they didn't like it, so it might not be *that* great, know what I mean?

I think maybe we'll think about this one a bit. We can wait until we're down there and see if it's in store. If not, we can order it and send it back. Pulling it off is not good, and I hadn't thought of that! And that's where we're at with hats and sunglasses, so we don't need more things that he just pulls off!

We can't use the sunshade on the SafeSeat any longer as DS3 pulls it right off, so it can be a problem with that age group.

I saw the sunshade on the Protectabub and stroller queen website and am intrigued too. I'd like to use it with my RF RA, but not if there are safety issues. Has anyone tried it?
