i was going to make a major purchase on wilton products... cake pans and candy moulds

i am wondering does michaels have any coupon at the moment or any other shop which has good deals?

I went in to michaels the other day and with my purchase they gave me a 20 percent off my total purchase coupon. You may want to buy something small and see if you can get that coupon, otherwise the standard weekly 40 percent off one or with email sometimes they send you 50 percent off one item.

Yes, the weekly ones are 40%, so if you're willing to make multiple trips, that might work well. (IME, they are VERY strict about not letting you use more than one per trip.) If not though, the 20% off one, mentioned above, can be found in this month's Family Fun magazine. They also honor JoAnne's coupons if you have any of those.

If you have a Hobby Lobby near you, keep an eye on their coupons (you can register at their site for online ones). About 2-3 times/year, they have a 40% off Wilton purchase. I used it once for a cartful of stuff; the second time, the girl at the register said it was for only one item and wouldn't get the manager about it, so verify with your store how they interpret the coupon.

I believe there is a 20% off entire purchase coupon in Parents magazine. I just used mine the other day - - it's hidden in a corner of a page and easy to miss!

Occasionally Michael's has a sale on 30% off all Wilton pans. I saw some clearance ones on an end cap at AC Moore the other day too.

You might want to ask the manager at Michael's about the
amount of coupons that you can use.

At my Michael's, I was told that I can use a Michael's 40% off
coupon plus a competitor's 40% coupon in one transaction.
(It may even have been 2 competitor's coupons.) I can't
remember exactly. I do know that I was surprised that I
could use multiple coupons.

Competitor coupons would be JoAnn's Fabrics, Hobby Lobby,
AC Moore, etc.
