This store is a trainwreck. The first bra I ordered did not arrive for six weeks. After repeated emails and phone calls I finally received a bra - - in a different size from the one I had ordered. Rebecca at Breastchester assured me this was not typical of their customer service and offered me a discount on future bras. I ordered a second bra, deciding to give the company another chance. I needed to exchange that bra due to sizing and called Rebecca right away. I called her no less than twelve times and emailed twice. After two months of this, she emailed that the exchange was fine and she would send out the new bra. Guess what. Still no bra.
