For reasons of board security, we do not disclose the exact number of posts needed before the PM function is available. It's not a very high number, though.

One thought - before PM worked for me I just posted to the board and the person PMd me.

how can I enable PM
I want to giveaway a coupon I have to a person. However, PM isn't enabled as I am new. This coupon is one time use and I would like the first person who responded get it. How can I go around this? Hopefully this post will count as one towards enabling me to PM
