On the disboards a lot of people like the Baggallini messenger bag. It did not appeal to me, so I bought the Overland Equipment Donner bag (also recommended by a lot of people). I haven't taken it to Disney yet, but I am currently using it as my small diaper bag and I really like it. REI had them on sale at one point. I bought mine online - maybe shoebuy.com? There was a discount code floating around. Good luck!
I *love* my OE Donner bag!!!!

I LOVE my Overland Loie bag. Mine has started fading and I just found one at Sierra Trading Post for $23.75 and ordered another since it appears that they have stopped making them. It's just the right size for everything and it's washable (probably why it's fading).
Have a great trip.

Well, the Loi and the Donner seem too big since my DH will be carrying his backpack.....I am now considering this
saw it at REI and think it is something DH would be ok to carry

any opinions?
Check the dimensions. The second linked bag is bigger than the Donner.
I like the Lexie Barnes gem - it is definitely smaller but can easily fit a wallet, a camera, sunglasses, etc. The prints aren't really DH-friendly, but I don't often hand my bag with my valuables to DH to hold anyways!

You may want to go to an REI or somewhere and try some on - they dimensions can be deceptive. I don't feel like the Donner is very big, but it may be more than you need.
I think a lot of people like the Overland Equipment Placer as a smaller option than the Donner.

eta: that Lexie Barnes bag linked above is really cute!
