Help: Milder Vitamins for Me?

Hi, Everyone--

I'm bf'ing and my prenatals (Rainbow Light Prenatal) are tying my new little guy up into knots. As I wasn't really happy with the lead in my vitamins, so I wanted to change anyway - but I feel like a such a loser for not taking any multi-vitamin!

What do you take/recommend? Did it work while bf'ing? Where should I start looking?

Any help would be most appreciated.

If you think iron might be the problem, you might look into the Stuart Natal Duet prenatal vitamins. Supposedly the iron in the Duet vitamins is formulated differently than other vitamins to make it easier for mothers to digest; might be easier for baby too if you are breastfeeding. Just a suggestion...

I never took prenatals. I tried the rainbow lights and they were HORRIBLE on me. My OBs told me as long as you eat a healthy diet you dont need extra vitamins.

I also take these because I'm paranoid the pills won't break down. They now have gummis for adults.
