Cool!! Mater and McQueen are out pretty much all day (10ish till 5ish) at DHS. They are at what used to be Al's Toy Barn (now called Luigi's Garage), across from the Muppet gift shop and next to Mama Melrose's restaurant. It was great - last time we were there, they only came out a few times a day, and the line was usually closed before they even showed up (we were fortunate to get in line early, so got pics with them). This time, the line wasn't that long, and there was no pressure to rush over there to see them (bonus: you can do it again and again and again if DS insists...).
