Hello, I just found out I am preg!!! Anyway, is Campbell's Clam Chowder Ok to eat? I can eat a whole can in a sitting....and if it is ok...is this considered one serving of fish?
Second I wanted to know if anyone has heard if PB is bad to eat while preg? I have heard it is and I have heard that it isn't....does anyone know?

I am not sure of the soup. I was told that if peanut allergies run in your family to avoid it. Congrats!
